Shipping information

Everything is packed and shipped from my home studio in Seattle, Washington. Once your custom order is marked as shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship out and begin tracking. Tracking isn't perfect, and sometimes things will be marked as delivered but it won’t arrive to you for another day or so. Don’t worry! Please wait 48 hours and then get in touch.

International orders

Bear&Bean is currently shipping to Canada only but hopes to be available to ship to more countries soon. If you are outside of the United States and Canada, please order from my Etsy shop—it is set up to handle all international orders.

International orders will be sent USPS (unless otherwise) stated and can take anywhere from three to six weeks to arrive.
