Shipping information

Everything is packed and shipped from my home studio in Seattle, Washington. Once your custom order is marked as shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship out and begin tracking.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within one to seven days.

Tracking isn't perfect, and sometimes things will be marked as delivered but it won’t arrive to you for another day or so. Don’t worry! Please wait 48 hours and then get in touch.

International orders

Bear&Bean ships to the following countries at this time: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Israel.

International orders will be sent USPS (unless otherwise) stated and can take anywhere from three to six weeks to arrive.
