Please note that this does NOT include the cost of the hat. You will provide the hat to stitch on. The mailing address will be provided after purchase.

In addition to your embroidery, you will get a digital sketch that is a second pet portrait. Perfect to use as your phone background or avatar on social media!

 

Details

  • The size of embroideries will vary and are based on the hat.
  • All embroideries are stitched directly onto a hat you provide. 
  • A digital mockup is completed before the embroidery; you must approve it to move forward with the stitching.
  • Once I receive your hat, please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for your order to be complete. 

 

How the custom pet portrait process works

  1. Once purchased, you'll send me two things: digital pictures of your animal (or animals) and you'll mail me the hat you want to be embroidered. I will provide you with my address for shipping the hat to me. (You are responsible for sending it to me at your own cost.)

  2. Once I have received the hat, I will create a sketch of your furry (or scaley) friends.   We will work together to ensure that you are happy with the sketch before moving forward to embroidery. You will be able to ask for tweaks and ultimately approve the drawing before any stitching is made.

  3. I begin stitching on your hat. Once I finish the embroidery, I will mail your hat back to you, now adorned with your pets! Shipping to you is free.
