I ordered a custom pet portrait. How long will it take for me to receive it?

The turn-around time for a pet portrait is typically four to seven weeks. This is dependent on demand as well as the portrait you’re having done. Stitching on a garment tends to take a bit longer because I have to receive your garment before proceeding, and that can take extra time.

A patch generally takes less time because there’s no need to send any garment, and I’m ready to start drawing and stitching as soon as I receive photos of your pet. 

What kind of reference photos do you need?

The more images, the better—especially clear shots of their face taken in natural light.   

My order has shipped. When will it arrive?

Domestic orders (including Canada) are shipped via USPS (unless stated otherwise). They typically arrive within a few days to a week. International orders can take anywhere from three to six weeks.

Tracking said my order arrived, but I can’t find it. Help!

Tracking isn’t perfect. Sometimes tracking will be marked as delivered but it won’t arrive to you for another day or so. Don’t worry! Please wait 48 hours and then email me.

I currently ship to Canada and intend to add more countries soon through this platform. If you're outside of the United States or Canada, please visit my Etsy shop to place an order.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of custom orders, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact me.
