Returns
Custom Orders
Due to the nature of custom orders, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Before I begin stitching your pet's portrait, I create a detailed digital drawing of what the finished embroidery will look like. It's at this point you can ask for changes to be made—color tweaks and little details are common.
Once I have your approval that the digital drawing looks good, only then do I proceed to the final portrait. When you receive the item in the mail, there should be no surprises, just happiness!
That said, I do not want you to be unhappy with something you order from Bear&Bean. If you feel as though something is amiss, please email me at hello@bearandbean.shop and we'll work together to make it right.

Unless an error is made on the part of Bear&Bean, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
Lost Packages
All orders come with tracking, but mishaps by postal services do happen. Bear&Bean cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped out, both domestic and international.
I know losing a package would be a big loss for us both, so if your order doesn't arrive after four weeks, please let me know and we will work together to find a solution.
